BEING – A being created to accomplish good and great things as is constructed in our DNA. Empowered – Experiences that enables and cultivate positive and empowered mind set.
PROJECT 2
EMPOWERED - Mind-set training by learning from the best and understanding the fundamentals of neuroplasticity/chemistry and how the brain works. Building, a growth mindset and working together to eliminate negative or self-limiting beliefs constructed by framers of the dominant culture; entwining culture and our history a necessary internal building block for supercharging an empowered mind for the creation of new futures and the building of the Ultimate Empowerment Belief System.
PROJECT 4
T- Teaching through empowering experiences, critical thinking, Identity confirmation through Self-knowledge that enables us to understand our African history: a core foundation to our holistic well-being that impacts our daily lives, Self- Care and Respect, Self – Reflecting and Purpose.
T- Training - Skills Empowerment - Equipping Young People with the right tools, habits, and strategies so that they make valuable contributions to the society they live in.
Life skills training - entrepreneurship, diet and nutrition, and well-being.

ACHIEVEMENT SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE OF SELF
Achievement is the stepping stone to your greatness – We create achievement experiences to put you on your stepping stone to the greatness that enables you to build the ultimate Empowerment Belief System. Causing young people to thrive and build their own businesses/ write their stories/paint their own pictures/sing their own songs
Support is like the Ubuntu saying: I am because we are. We help, assist, encourage, and bear some of the weight, because in doing so together we all succeed – a recipe for the making of a better world.
Knowledge of self – a core fundamental that enables us to understand our African history: a core foundation to our holistic well-being that impact on our daily lives, Self- Care and Respect, Self – Reflecting and Purpose.

BLACK FUTURES: 1. A DYNAMIC OPTIMISTIC TRANSFORMING PLAN OF ACTION FOR BLACK YOUTH BUILDING AND DESIGNING BRIGHT NEW FUTURES FOR GENERATIONS.
2. A DYNAMIC OPTIMISTIC TRANSFORMING PLAN OF ACTION FOR BLACK YOUTH IN FAMILIES THAT ARE IN NEED OF URGENT SUPPORT AND ARE VULNERABLE
We will achieve our mission through YES DOT BETTA ASK and BLACK FUTURES Programmes.
