Meet The Team

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ms Maxine Jones
With over 35 years of experience in the voluntary, statutory, legal and private sectors in the U.K. - I founded YES DOT FOUNDATION out of a sense of purpose and passion. Young people and families have been my priority throughout my career.
From early childhood, I saw that my grandparents and grand aunt in Jamaica helped others: the old and the young including babies and children; families who had less than they did. Their motto was "every little count, especially to those who had nothing".
With their words they gave hope, and with their acts of giving they solved problems and made a difference in the lives of many. Throughout the years carrying thoughts of their loving acts with me, made a great difference in my careers. Purpose, Passion and People became my drive.
Our team is passionate about young people. We want to see them thrive and reach their potential. We want to see them be an empowered force for change that positively transforms Jamaica.
We know that you want the same too! Together we can build Dynamic, Optimistic, Talented Youths of Jamaica, an empowered force for change by taking right actions. Support our 2030 Agenda.
